About BNCP
Bethany Navajeevan College of Physiotherapy is managed by Bethany Navajeevan Province of the Order of Imitation of Christ. This religious community which is known as Bethany Ashram is founded by great educational and visionary Late Archbishop Mar Ivanios. Bethany Ashram has been in the field of education for eight decades.
Bethany Navajeevan College of Physiotherapy came into existence during the academic year 2005-06, with an annual intake of 30 students. This was the first college to start BPT Degree Course under the University of Kerala. Since the year 2010, the College is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. The annual intake of BPT students is increased to 50 from the academic year 2011-2012. Master of Physiotherapy; the postgraduate degree course was started in the academic year 2013-14 with an intake of 10 students with an intake of 5 students for Musculoskeletal and Sports branch and Neurology branch.
