ONE DAY HANDS-ON WORKSHOP ON SPSS
Our College organized a One-Day Hands-on Workshop on SPSS at the college auditorium. The workshop aimed to equip students and faculty with practical skills in statistical analysis and research data interpretation using the SPSS software. The resource person for the session was Dr. Harikrishnan R, PhD, MPT, MBA, Associate Professor, SRM College of Physiotherapy, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu, who delivered in-depth training on the fundamentals and advanced applications of SPSS in health sciences research. Participants were given an opportunity to work directly on SPSS software, gaining experience in data entry, statistical testing, and interpretation of results. The interactive nature of the workshop encouraged active learning and clarified many research-related doubts. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and researchers, making it a valuable platform to strengthen research methodology skills and promote evidence-based practice in physiotherapy.
