World Environment Day Celebration
The NSS Unit of Bethany Navajeevan College of Physiotherapy observed World Environment Day on 5 June with a tree plantation initiative on the college campus. Faculty members, students, and staff actively participated in the programme, demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable living.As part of the celebration, saplings were planted in the campus premises to promote greenery and create awareness about the importance of protecting our environment. The activity served as a reminder of our collective responsibility to preserve nature for future generations and highlighted the role of small actions in building a healthier and more sustainable world.The programme reflected the spirit of this year's theme, “Inspired by Nature: For Climate. For Our Future,” encouraging everyone to contribute towards environmental protection and climate action.
Together, we nurture nature today for a greener and better tomorrow.
